Methodology

The prerak (instructor) conducts classes using a computer for a batch of 15 to 20 students in a session. TCS trains the       prerak and provides the software.

No large scale infrastructure or major training of preraks is required.

Classes are run for one and half to two hours each day for about three months to suit the local community.

TCS partners with local governments, NGOs, and others for implementation of the solution. It also trains the instructor       or teacher, provides necessary software, and technical support.

The multimedia format ensures the pronunciation of the words/letters is taught accurately through the system, rather       than being left to individual preraks.

A prerak can operate the computer and software easily. Even without any prior computer training, the prerak can learn       to use the machine in a day.
